HT Kunstprojekt is the exhibition, editorial, and research platform directed by artist and editor Honys Torres. HT Kunstprojekt announces collaboration with Fresa y Chocolate Gallery for the second half of the year
HT Kunstprojekt is pleased to announce the beginning of a strategic collaboration with Fresa y Chocolate Gallery, located at Rue de la Madeleine 12, Vevey, for the development of a series of exhibition projects during the second half of the year.
This partnership will enable the realization of Frauenzone Vevey Edition, along with other curatorial programs and artistic activities that will strengthen the presence of contemporary women artists in the Vaud region. Fresa y Chocolate Gallery, recognized for its commitment to cultural dissemination and its openness to innovative proposals, will serve as the official venue for this new phase of joint work.
HT Kunstprojekt will contribute curatorial direction, conceptual structure, and professional project management, consolidating a collaborative model that integrates archiving, documentation, exhibition, and community engagement.

POP Expanded is an exhibition that understands POP as a living, constantly evolving language deeply connected to contemporary visual culture. The show brings together painting, sculpture, photography, fashion, wearable art, video art, and digital media to explore how artists reinterpret their media, technological, and social environment through playfulness, irony, critique, and the visual saturation of the present.
Far from the classical iconography of Pop Art, POP Expanded proposes an ecosystem where digital immediacy, urban aesthetics, consumer culture, identity, humor, and artisanal resistance coexist. The exhibition celebrates both those who innovate through technology—AI, interfaces, animation, digital processes—and those who defend manual craftsmanship, painting, materiality, and tradition. Both positions engage without hierarchy, expanding POP in every direction.
POP Expanded invites visitors to inhabit a POP universe where images become atmosphere, garments become discourse, and objects become narrators of the present. It is a platform where art transforms into experience, gesture, memory, and noise, building a critical and aesthetic narrative of the now.

miniART Vevey End‑of‑Year Exhibition

miniART Vevey is the exhibition that concludes HT Kunstproyekt’s annual program. This special edition is dedicated to small-format artworks as a space for experimentation, precision, and visual impact, bringing together emerging and established artists in an intimate and contemporary dialogue.
The exhibition presents works ranging from 25 cm to 50 cm, including painting, photography, wall sculpture, ceramics, textile art, and other contemporary wall-based practices. Through a carefully curated selection, miniART celebrates the diversity of artistic languages and demonstrates how small-scale works can generate powerful visual and conceptual experiences.

Exhibition Overview
Territories Alive was an international group exhibition that brought together ten artists from diverse cultural backgrounds and artistic practices. The exhibition explored the concept of territory as a living and constantly evolving space shaped by memory, identity, experience, culture, migration, and imagination.
Moving beyond geographical definitions, the project examined territory as a place of encounter, belonging, transformation, and creative expression. Through a variety of visual languages, the participating artists reflected on the ways people inhabit, remember, redefine, and connect with the spaces they occupy, whether physical, cultural, emotional, or symbolic.
Hosted at Fresa y Chocolate Gallery in Vevey, Switzerland, Territories Alive fostered intercultural dialogue and artistic exchange, highlighting the richness of contemporary artistic practices within an international exhibition context.

FRAUENZONE VEVEY edition 2026
Is an exhibition program dedicated to making visible and activating contemporary practices developed by women artists in Switzerland and in transnational dialogues. The Vevey edition proposes a meeting space where women’s creation is articulated through the diversity of languages, generations, and territories, understanding artistic practice as a field of research, resistance, and cultural construction.
The project is structured as a zone of symbolic production, where artwork, archive, narrative, and mediation converge. Frauenzone does not seek to define a “female aesthetic,” but rather to open a territory for thinking about how women artists negotiate identity, body, memory, migration, affections, politics, and visual culture within the contemporary context.
The 2026 edition is developed in collaboration with Fresa y Chocolate Gallery (Vevey), integrating a program that combines exhibition, archive, documentation, and cultural mediation. The curatorial approach focuses on practices that expand the image—from painting, installation, and photography to hybrid processes, artist’s books, and editorial experimentation—articulating a critical reading of women’s artistic production in the present.
Frauenzone Vevey is conceived as a living archive, where each work and each artist contributes to a cartography in motion: a zone where women’s creation becomes visible, legible, and shared.
Territories Alive Invitation-Only Exhibition Program
Territories Alive is a curatorial project developed by HT Kunstprojekt in collaboration with Fresa y Chocolate Gallery (Vevey, Switzerland). The exhibition proposes an expanded reading of territory as a living energy: each artwork, each gesture, and each material becomes an active space where identity, memory, and form intertwine.
This program is conceived as an ecosystem of artistic territories, where painting, photography, and sculpture engage in dialogue, tension, and mutual amplification. The gallery’s architecture —with its four distinct areas— allows each work to activate its own territory while contributing to a dynamic, evolving geography within the exhibition.
An Invitation-Only Project
Territories Alive is an exhibition exclusively for invited artists. Selection is made through direct invitation from the gallery, based on:

Some of the invited artists have previously collaborated with the gallery in fairs and exhibitions; others are new incorporations we wish to welcome into our program. All invitations are issued by HT Kunstprojekt, under the direction of Honys Torres.

The project includes curatorial guidance, documentation, catalog production, digital archiving, and mediation with collectors and cultural agents. The exhibition takes place at Fresa y Chocolate Gallery, an independent space committed to promoting contemporary artists and fostering platforms for international dialogue.

Im Zwischenraum is an exhibition project developed by HT Kunstprojekt in collaboration with Asheé Connecting Art & Cultures, a platform dedicated to cultural exchange and dialogue between Latin America and Europe. The exhibition brings together artists from diverse geographic and aesthetic backgrounds, creating a space where the works inhabit the “in‑between”: that liminal territory where tensions, resonances, and new forms of perception emerge.
The project functions as a meeting point to explore identity, migration, memory, belonging, and intercultural dialogue. Each artist contributes a singular voice that, positioned at the threshold between disciplines, cultures, or sensibilities, expands the understanding of space as a living and constantly transforming territory. This collaboration with Asheé —an organization committed to diversity, creativity, and the circulation of contemporary artistic practices— enriches the exhibition and strengthens its spirit of exchange and openness.
Curatorial Approach
The curatorial work of Honys Torres is built around the idea of the “in‑between space” as a metaphor for contemporary experience: a place of transition, negotiation, and crossing between the intimate and the social, the material and the symbolic. The curatorial path allows the works to breathe, encounter one another, and activate questions about how we inhabit these intermediate spaces.
Museography
The museographic design —developed together with the Asheé team and with spatial design by Federico Guerrero— supports the central concept of the exhibition. The placement of the works, the lighting, and the circulation rhythms create zones of pause and transition that invite visitors to experience the “in‑between” as a sensitive and reflective space.
Catalogue
The project includes a catalogue produced by HT Kunstprojekt and Asheé, designed by Tojunto Soluciones and Honys Torres. The catalogue serves as a shared space for documentation and reflection, bringing together curatorial texts, artist biographies, high‑quality photography, and an editorial design that preserves the conceptual and visual depth of the exhibition.
Im Zwischenraum presents itself as a territory of encounter —a liminal space where works, bodies, and stories move, transform, and enter into dialogue.
In a cultural context often associated with neutrality, redART emerges as a gesture of excess. The exhibition asks what it means to “see red” in a society that values composure: which bodies, histories, and symbols are activated when red occupies the space.
Some works burn, others bleed, others seduce. All insist. Red appears as an emotional archive, a language without diplomacy, a form of presence. The exhibition traces an affective and aesthetic map where red operates simultaneously as memory and manifesto.
The project is accompanied by a catalogue produced by Honys Torres, featuring curatorial texts, high-quality photographic documentation, and a careful editorial design that preserves the intensity of the project.

redART is a project developed by Honys Torres in collaboration with the Verein Salz in der Suppe, bringing together ten artists who explore the color red as a territory of memory, intensity, and manifesto. The exhibition approaches red not as decoration but as a detonator—an emotional, political, and symbolic force unfolding across desire, protest, celebration, and warning.
The participating artists present a vibrant cross-section of contemporary visual practices in Switzerland, spanning abstract and figurative painting, mixed techniques, fire arts, neo-pop approaches, digital experimentation, and object-based work. Together, they reveal the expressive richness and aesthetic plurality that define the current artistic landscape.
Frauenzone
FRAUENZONE is a group exhibition organized by HT Kunstprojekt, dedicated to making visible and celebrating contemporary practices by women artists who work with image, body, memory, and everyday experience as territories for critical creation.
The exhibition brings together the artists Alejandra Patricia, Asya B., Honys Torres, Iris Liechti, Isabel Vogt Guerrero, Julia Nissimoff, Painting Queen, Maria Fernanda Schulz, and Nina P. Velasco. Each contributes her own visual language, exploring different painting techniques and diverse genres, all articulated around a shared theme: the feminine presence as an aesthetic, political, and narrative force.
Curatorship
The curatorship, led by Honys Torres, is built from a sensitive and rigorous reading of the works, shaping a pathway that connects the intimate with the political. The curatorial approach highlights the diversity of pictorial styles — from figurative to abstract, from expressive to conceptual — and proposes a space where feminine narratives are presented with clarity, strength, and autonomy.
Museography
The museography is conceived as a device that accompanies and enhances each work. Spatial arrangement, lighting, and circulation rhythms are designed to allow pauses, resonances, and encounters between pieces, generating an immersive and coherent experience. The result is a carefully crafted space, precise and respectful of each artist’s materiality and discourse.
Catalogue
As a fundamental component of the project, HT Kunstprojekt produces an editorial catalogue that documents the exhibition in its entirety. The catalogue includes curatorial texts, short essays, high‑quality photographs, and complete technical records, establishing itself as a reference document that preserves the memory of the project and extends its reach beyond the exhibition space.

Honys Torres’ design shapes the visual narrative, organizes the reading rhythm, and enhances the personality of the characters, creating a dynamic, colorful, and coherent book. Each page functions as an autonomous scene within a larger story, blending elements of comics, illustrated albums, and contemporary fanzine culture.
